B-town beautiful and bindass babe Kangana Ranaut is the first fair skin actor to be finalized in David Dhwan’s upcoming ‘Rascals’ which stars Sanjay Dutt and Ajay Devgan.
The actress scored over some hot names due to her intensity in her previous performances and a close hand reveals that Sanjay wanted something striking like Kangana to do justice to his home production film.
Sanjay and his wife Maanyata are joint producers in this flick.
