Kangana Ranaut to Endorse Alcatel Mobile

In a bid to tap Indian Mobile Handset market, Hong Kong based Handset Maker ALCATEL Mobile sign up the bollywood Star Kangana Ranavat to endorse its brand ALCATEL ICE3 for forthcoming feature rich stylishly designed Mobile Phones in India.

The company is geared up to launch its feature rich QWERTY, EMAIL and MULTIMEDIA categories mobile handset clubbed with complete social networking experience at affordable price of about Rs. 7000 for Indian market in association with ICE Mobile Network Systems.

ALCATEL will launch 5 new premium Handset with stylish design experience in India in next three months.


Mr. Praveen Valecha, Country Manager, ALCATEL Mobile said “We are indeed very aggressive in our approach and are also aiming to rank amongst the top three mobile handset providers in various category.

Kangna Ranaut Sizzles in Hi Blitz Magazine Cover

At the photoshoot for Hi Blits Kangan Ranaut reminded everyone the glimpse of womes from history.

Kangana who has won many awards for her performance in different movies from her debute itself,She posed for Hi Blitz portraying empowered women from history. From Jehangir’s wife begum Hasrat Mahal’s To Noorjahaan, Kangana seemed to be the perfect chosen one for the shoot to portray the womens.

kangana loved doing the photoshoot, Jatin Kampani the fashion photographer said “Kangana is such a versatile actress, no one else could have done this shoot better then her, She carried all the looks easily”.

Points for originality as you don’t see ‘warrior-esque’ magazine covers these days. Originality aside, I think Kangana looks downright clownish in this getup.

Kangana Ranaut fractures her leg

Our actresses are facing repeated mishaps this month. After Katrina Kaif gets injured on the sets of ‘Tees Maar Khan’, it is the turn of Himachal beauty Kangana Ranaut to face injury and this time it is serious. It was on the sets of Anand Rai’s ‘Tanu Weds Manu’ in Jalandhar where an action sequence was being shot.


Kangana was to ride a bike with a pillion rider. However, as the shoot progressed, the two lost balance, the bike skid and fell on the actress’s foot. Kangana’s injury was aggravated by her anklets which pierced her leg. The crew members immediately rushed her to nearest hospital where reports revealed serious damage and minor fracture. Kangana has been advised a week’s bed rest and producer Shailesh Singh has arranged for the best orthopaedic surgeon for her.

However, director Anand Raj is all praises for Kangana’s professional attitude because even while the actress was fighting the pain in hospital, she was concerned about the next shooting schedule.

Kangana Ranaut left out of kites Promotion

Hrithik Roshan and Barbara are flying kites pretty high. However everyone is thinking where Kangana Ranaut has gone as she is not seen anywhere in Kites's trailers.

Kites promises loads of action and on screen chemistry, only Barbara and Hrithik have been involved in the promos and the interactions with media.

"It is the director's call, neither you nor I should ask why." said Hrithik.

Sources claimed Kangana's failure in controlling her emotions has cost her dear. The actress gets extremely emotional while talking to reporters and lets out information which the director wants to keep under wraps said sources.

Kangana had revealed during an event that Hrithik is playing the role of a salsa teacher in the movie for which he rigorously trained for almost eight months. Since then Kangana has been kept out of the film's promotions.

This weekness of Kangana had cost her a good role in Aamir Khan's blockbuster Ghajini. She was supposed to play the character played by Jia Khan in the movie but was not included in the star cast after Aamir expressed his fear about her letting out the film's suspense.
